JungleXchange Home Companion
Text message opt-in
JungleXchange (operated by ORDERJUNGLE LLC) lets a homeowner text their Home Companion questions and photos about their home. Texting is optional. This page shows the exact opt-in a homeowner sees in My Home, at the step “Take your Home Companion with you”.
Loading the consent text…
On this review page the button is always disabled. In My Home it stays disabled until the box is ticked and a 10-digit US mobile number is entered.
How consent works
- The checkbox is never pre-ticked. Ticking it is the homeowner's own action.
- Only when the homeowner then taps “Text me a code” do we text a one-time code to the number entered. The number is connected only after the homeowner types that code back.
- Messages are service and conversational only: replies to the homeowner's questions and photos, a welcome message, and account codes. It is not marketing consent, and we do not send marketing texts.
- Texting is voluntary. Everything the Companion does also works on our website.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages; the homeowner's mobile carrier may.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, HELP for help, or START to resume.
- No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging opt-in and consent are not shared with any third party.
- Each recorded consent stores the version of the wording that was agreed to.
Current status
Messaging is not yet operational. Connecting a mobile number is unavailable to homeowners until carrier registration is complete, and no messages are being sent.
